1. From owners for the sale/rental of their property.

» For Property Sale:

• Commission 2% + 19% VAT on the real property sale price, when it is inside the region of Heraklion (simple order).
• Commission 3% + 19% VAT on the real property saleprice, when it is out of the region of Heraklion (simple order).
• Commission 2% + 19% VAT on the final property sale price when it is anywhere else (exclusive order).

» For Property Rental:

• Commission equal to 50% of the rent plus 19% VAT for the rental of the property, inside the region of Heraklion.
  (In other words, if the monthly rent is 1000 € then the total commission of the agency will be 500 € plus 19 % VAT.
• Commission equal to one rent plus 19% VAT for property rental anywhere else.

2. For Buyers or Tenants of properties

» For Buying / Purchase of property:

Commission 2% + 19% VAT on the final buying price of the property when it is inside the region of Heraklion.
